THE PROCESS

How It Works

Apply

Complete the store application and tell us about your creative work, products, and proposed store.

Review

Your application is reviewed to confirm that your work and products are suitable for the KashAfro marketplace.

Set Up Your Store

Approved creatives receive access to the Dokan vendor dashboard to complete their store setup.

04

Submit Products

Add your products, images, pricing, and fulfilment information, then submit them for review.

05

Start Selling

Once your store and products are approved, customers can discover and purchase your work through KashAfro.

Before You Apply

Please make sure you have the following ready:

  • A completed KashAfro member profile
  • A proposed store name
  • A description of your creative work
  • The product categories you intend to sell
  • Examples or images of your work
  • A portfolio, website, or social-media link
  • Estimated order preparation time
  • Information about where you can deliver or ship
  • Agreement to seller terms and marketplace rules
  • A commitment to original and properly licensed work

What Happens Next?

If your application is approved, you will receive instructions to:

  • Access the Dokan vendor dashboard
  • Complete your store profile, logo, banner, and description
  • Add your payout and fulfilment information
  • Create product listings
  • Submit products for review before publication
  • Manage approved orders through your vendor dashboard
